You can return products for free within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Return a product?
All domestic orders ship with a FREE prepaid return mailing label. To return an item back to Skillmatics please:
1) Email us at email@example.com with the name of the product you are returning, your order number and the reason for your return OR fill out the return form below.
2) We will generate a pre-paid return address label and RMA (return merchandise authorization) and send it over to you. Without this label the return may not be credited to your account.
3) Please print the above and pack your item(s) in a box and affix the return label on top of the package.
4) Mail your package using one of the following methods:
a. Drop your package at a UPS/FedEx location (determined by your return label) without waiting in line. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end. Visit the UPS or FedEx site to find the closest location.
b. Alternatively, you can leave the package off at a location that has a daily UPS/FedEx pick-up.
We will refund your account once your return has been delivered to our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
Cancellation Policy :
You can cancel your order by mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, if the product has already been shipped then we will require you to reimburse us for the shipping cost.
Payment Policy :
Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallet, and Net banking. Our payment partner is Paypal.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We entertain exchanges only if there are items missing from the box. If you wish to exchange your product, please send us an email at email@example.com
